For the second time this season, McLaren has a chance to win the
2025 F1 constructors' championship – this time in the Singapore
Grand Prix. After fluffing their lines in Azerbaijan, Oscar Piastri
and Lando Norris have a second chance to win the title at Marina
Bay, with it being a near certainty that McLaren will be crowned
for the 10th time.  As it stands, with seven rounds remaining of
the season, including three Sprints, there is a total of 346 points
remaining if a team were to score a maximum haul.  Mercedes moved
into second place in Baku, and is on 290 points – 333 points behind
– and Ferrari is on 286 points, 337 points behind McLaren.  It
means the maximum number of points Mercedes can achieve is 636,
putting McLaren just 13 points away from winning the title.  It
means that if Piastri or Norris even score a podium finish between
them, the minimum number of points McLaren will move to will be
638, placing it out of reach of Mercedes and Ferrari. Despite
winning in Baku, Red Bull was eliminated from the race to win the
constructors'. Current F1 points standings pre-Singapore
