Red Bull and team apparel partner Castore have joined forces with
Hypebeast to create a limited-edition night-camo team kit. It will
debut at this weekend's Singapore Grand Prix, before a second
outing under the lights in Las Vegas towards the end of the current
F1 season. Nick Stocker, group commercial director at Red Bull,
said: "This project with Castore and Hypebeast has set a new
standard for creative brand collaboration. "Singapore and Las Vegas
are unique grands prix on the calendar, and the design reflects the
energy and vibe of these night races in the heart of the city.
"Releasing this collection with Hypebeast allows us to show up in
the spaces that matter to our fans. I'm excited to see the team
step out with a fresh look in Singapore." The collection includes a
short-sleeve polo shirt, a long-sleeve quarter-zip and a rain
jacket. With the weather forecast looking extreme for the round at
the Marina Bay Street Circuit, Max Verstappen and Yuki Tsunoda may
find themselves using all three items in the new range. "This
partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing and Castore is a testament
to our shared creative vision," said Kevin Wong, vice president of
creative at Hypebeast. "We set out to bring a fresh perspective to
the iconic Oracle Red Bull Racing kit by re-envisioning motorsport
through a streetwear lens – creating a collection that resonates
with a new generation of fans. "We're incredibly excited to see the
team debut our designs on the world stage."
